Under this tab, "Literature Connections," teachers will find a list of picture books and suggestions on how to teach "comprehension within text" with them. From international literature to ones that will foster social skills, the range of selected texts is broad and diverse in hopes that teachers will be able to identify a book that will work well in their current unit of study or work well with their unique "glob" of students! These are the links that we made between children's literature and reading comprehension strategies, but feel free to adapt them.
